Order Lead time

We ship normally within 1-2 working days.

All sales of are final. No cancellations are accepted.


At this time, we are shipping only within the contiguous 48 states of the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and all other foreign countries. Please contact customer service if you wish to place or receive orders outside of these 48 states. Your order is fulfilled from our warehouse in Dallas, TX. We offer free shipping on all orders at or above $75.00. A flat shipping fee of $15.00 is charged for orders <$75.00. We ship using FedEx Ground.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise. Please save the product/packaging so pictures can be taken when filing a shipping claim. We will replace your order if your product arrives damaged or defective. Damage claims made on product that has been discarded prior to making claim will not be honored.

Replacement and return

Returns of Olive Oil, Pasta, and Herb Mixes are not accepted. Returns of Le Zie’s houseware items are accepted within 14 days of purchase. In order to return an order, the goods must be undamaged, unused, and be returned in original packaging. Any returned merchandise must have prior authorization, RMA#, by OSTROMbrands. Contact customer service to receive an RMA#. OSTROMbrands does not pay for any return costs. Refunds of a returned product is made to your credit card within 30 days after the goods have been received and approved.

Complaints/ Wrong item

Le Zie’s consumers shop does everything to make sure your order is delivered correct and in time. However, if you have received wrong item, you should directly contact customer service and we will pay for the return of faulty shipped item and send you correct product.
